Heavy bag stand, or standing heavy bag? - heavy punching bag stand
Well, I need help, I have a little box and my Boxing / MMA club for about 4-5 months. The end is essentially a few things for school, a little more money.
I want to improve my boxing and MMA still continue to. I have a punching bag, but are not ... and it is really light as 100 pounds.
Should I take one for my Punching Bag Stand Bag

or I should have a heavy bag stand

I saw heavy bags, standing about 300 pounds, but I've never touched, because we are only exposed to the regular seal bags in my room so I would not, if you feel the same hiting his sandbags normal ...

na, surely you hang a punching bag, heavy bags should be with sand and water and cause problems to be filled.
